BALANCING MORTGAGE,UTILITIES, CAR NOTES, GAS, GROCERIES, CHILDREN'S NEEDS, EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES FEES, ETC. OVER-BUDGET SHOPPING CAN PUT A DENT IN YOUR BUDGET.
---------THE SAYING " THE MORE IT COST THE BETTER IT IS" IS NOT ALWAYS TRUE OR WISE. Ex. your department store or high-society boutique shopping & you see a pair of designer jeans priced for $180.00. Your thoughts, " Should I really buy these?" " How will they make me look? " Well when they see me in these, they'll know I'm THAT girl!" ( even though you KNOW you have two overdue bills to pay this month). Honey I hate to tell you but when making poor financial decisions you will forever be that "broke girl" who just "looks like money".
Now please don't get me wrong. I'm not saying there is anything wrong with designer or high-end clothing or accessories or just wanting to look nice. Quality IS better. but you have to look at how much bang you are getting for you buck.

When you expand your shopping horizon you can see prices from different sellers that sell items that reflect your style & see what fits your price range. Check our consignment shops! Many of them have brand name items with lower prices. (TIP): If you come at the right time, you can find clothes with tag still on them, never been worn, but priced really cheap!
2. LOOK THROUGH YOUR OWN CLOSET! ----
FASHION IS A NEVER-ENDING CYCLE! WHAT MAY BE OLD TO YOU IS "new" IN FASHION. I've seen trends from my jr. high years popping back up. Accessories can also spice up an old outfit.
3. YOUR INBOXES! --- I LIVE BY THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!! EMAIL & TEXT ALERTS FROM YOUR FAVORITE STORES WITH INFO ABOUT UPCOMING SALES, PROMOS & COUPONS! WHO DOESNT LOVE COUPONS!! MOST STORES SEND THESE OUT DAILY IF NOT EVERY OTHER DAY. YOU CAN USUALLY GET THIS BY KEYING IN YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS AT THE CHECKOUT WHEN PROMPTED TO DO SO. YOU CAN ALSO GO TO THEIR WEBSITES & SIGN UP FOR EMAILS AND MAIL-IN COUPONS WITH YOUR STREET ADDRESS!
